You want to speed up your application

In case you want to use your existing GigE network but need faster line rates than usually achievable with a GigE Vision network, the TurboDrive function of the GigE models will enable you to increase the line rate significantly which means the standard GigE Vision data rate is increased multiple times.

The GigE Vision model features the Burst Mode for high speed applications. In this mode, images can be acquired at maximum speed with the data buffered on the main storage of the camera. The buffered data is only transfered during camera idle times e.g. when a conveyor belt moves forward.

With the Multiple ROI feature you can restrict your inspection to the object areas that are relevant. This reduces data transfer and processing load. You need a reliable system that tracks data loss

The Trigger to Image Reliability framework controls and monitors the entire image capture process from the trigger through the image capture and transfer to the host memory. This procedure improves the reliability of the inspection system because data loss is clearly tracked.

  • You can sort out parts that have not been inspected due to shortfalls in the image capture process and thus increase the quality of your inspection.
